The Princess Bride: Charming Cape Winelands
A fairy tale day fit for a princess and her prince charming. That is exactly what Lisa & Nick’s beautiful pastel dream Rheeboksloof Wedding was. From the soft tulle of Lisa’s dress’s skirt to the beautifully coordinated bridesmaid’s dresses, which made them look like the Disney princess collection; this was a celebration filled with a romantic, refined and classically elegant style.
“Do I love you? My God, if your love were a grain of sand, mine would be a universe of beaches.” ― William Goldman, The Princess Bride
There is nothing greater than true love ♥ Every princess needs a chariot to carry her away and Lisa’s prince charming did not disappoint; with a very elegant Bentley as their wedding car; the Bride was transported to the ceremony in royal fashion.
Celebrations were a plenty as the charming couple said their I Do’s in front of close family & friends. The stand out moments to me was definitely the emotional walk down the aisle as the Father of the Bride shed some tears before giving his daughter away and the beautiful remembrance gesture for Nick’s late mother where he placed a posy of flowers on a chair left open in her absence.
Lawn games & Lemonade kicked off the celebrations for the evening all surrounded by a perfect pastel palette with the beautiful floral themed styling touches.
As Lisa & Nick danced the night away with their loved ones I ended my evening remembering that life is the best fairy tale of all and I’m blessed to have a happy ending every time I finish photographing a wedding ♥
