Summer Sensations: Samantha & Tjaart

A sensational summer, fashion inspired engagement session for March 2017 bridal couple , Samantha & Tjaart. Samantha has an amazing sense of style and when we started putting ideas together for this photo shoot; I knew it was going to be pure eye candy.

This was confirmed even more when she sent me a picture of the dress she would be wearing ! I mean WOW ! It must be a Samantha thing to love fashion and couture so much. I am now even more excited to see the most important dress on their wedding day.

These two’s love for each other shines through in everything they do together. There is an easy laughter in every moment , a mutual caring and affectionate little gestures in the way the treat each other that makes me know that they will be looking after each other for many years to come.

We were exceptionally blessed to have an amazing venue for our shoot at Villa Oceanvoice in Glentana, in the Garden Route. I absolutely love the beach in front of the guest house and the light seems to be absolute magic with every shoot. Sylvia, the owner is also a wedding industry professional with her company Yes! Exclusive Weddings & Events. She was so generous to make all the floral accessories for this session. Dramatic & modern floral designs that had us all enchanted.

Even though Samantha herself is a part time make up artist; we spoiled the bride-to-be with styling from the super talented Wilna Allpass who is my go to make up artist when I work in the Garden Route area. Wilna created a beautiful bronze eye to pick up the uber glam detail on Samantha’s dress and the result was just breathtaking.
